Oh, my goodness. I know everyone has said this so many times already. But gracious. Michael Phelps.
And I'm terribly late to the game -- I've been so busy with start of term! -- but can I just mention what a fantastic game we had on Saturday? Heavens! Julian, Bruno, Billy, you were all absolutely wonderful. I was a little distracted leading the cheers (some of those fans in the front bleachers are so into it, you know!), but I certainly didn't miss any of y

Oh, my goodness! Here I am lurking all over this quaint little network, and I've completely forgotten to make a post of my own! What an impression I must be making on all the incoming freshman! Well, if I don't already know you, dears, I'm Beatrice Maxwell, and if you're interested in rushing for one of (and might I say, the best of) the sororities on campus, I'm your go-to-gal! I'll be helping with Alpha Xi Delta recruitment this year, and if I do say so myself, it would do some of you so good to consider rushing. Now, of course, not everyone can make it in -- we are the crème de la crème of the sorority pool, after all! Although we do get some of the most colorful people trying to pledge, it never ceases to amaze! We had one girl come in last year and, I don't mean to imply anything about her eating habits, but my goodness! And you know, we just couldn't accept her pledge, I felt just awful. But we're a very active, busy sorority! Not like Phi Mu, which is so much more laissez-faire. Our girls have to be in top physical shape if we're to keep the proper image and standards! What would people think if an Alpha Xi Delta girl couldn't complete her volunteer work becuase she had trouble getting up off the couch? Goodness! I just had to tell the poor dear no.
But I've run away with myself! Now that everyone is pouring back onto campus and classes are right around the corner, I think a last-ditch party before term starts is in order. Who's in?
